When you contact us or submit your information on this page, we collect your name, the mobile phone number and/or email address you choose to provide, and the content of your messages, so we can respond to your inquiry and assist you. You choose which contact details to give us, and you may provide an email address instead of a mobile number.
Who sends these messages. Solar Me Plus LLC operates two businesses: Soaking Up The Sun (soakingupthesun.com), our residential solar business, and HotelCharging.us (with ApartmentCharging.us and CondoCharging.us), our EV charging business. Our text messages come from Solar Me Plus LLC for both businesses.
How you opt in. We send text messages only to people who have expressly opted in by ticking the SMS consent checkbox on one of our forms. Service-related and promotional SMS consent are separate checkboxes. Each one is optional and unchecked by default, and every form can be submitted without ticking either one. We can only send texts if you also give us a mobile number.
What the messages are about. Service-related messages cover your inquiry about a solar installation or an EV charging assessment, appointment scheduling, confirmations and reminders, project updates, and related service communications. Promotional messages about our solar and EV charging services go only to people who separately opted in to them.
Frequency, rates, STOP and HELP. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell, rent, or lease your mobile phone number, opt-in information, or messaging consent to anyone.
We use CRM, telephony, and messaging providers to deliver this messaging on our behalf. They act only on our instructions, receive only what is needed to deliver the service, and are never permitted to use your mobile information, opt-in data, or messaging consent for their own marketing or promotional purposes, or to share or sell it. This is not a sharing of your information with third parties for marketing.
We retain your information only as long as needed to serve your inquiry and meet our legal obligations. You may opt out of texts anytime by replying STOP, or contact us to request deletion.
